They had made some changes over the years. Have owned freightliners, drove Mack and KW. Still would pick a freightliner. Pete is the best though if you have the bucks.

My extended warranty covers allot except mailing the part to the dealer to install. Missed that when signing up. My awning arms were not working correctly so they ordered new ones. That’s when I found out shipping not included. But my extended warranty does cover allot of the camper for 3 years.

Mine is a Suburban water heater. Dam book lists a dozen model that it covers. Can’t see any markings behind vent cover.

This model does not have the toggle switch to turn on the water heater. My control panel inside the RV lets me select gas or electric. But the 2 button I had to push are by where the rocker switch used to be. My RV is listed in my signature. I’ll go out later and see what brand and model number.

Don’t have your model but my norcold flipped freezer to fridge and vise versa. The motherboard was bad and needed replaced. If yours has a motherboard, maybe that needs replacing. Just a thought.
