    General - Tire wear

I truly appreciate the detailed response but I did leave out some info and we may be overthinking as well. I am actually speaking of my truck tires. Camper tires I am good with. I know all the ins-outs there. I feel I keep my truck tires properly inflated and rotated. So the general question...

    General - Tire wear

My tires seem to be wearing very evenly but I am curious. Is there any basic thought of faster tire wear with towing? So if you have 50m tires, can you hope to get 30m out of them?

    Weight towards back on trailer.

That is a good point. I appreciate it.

    Weight towards back on trailer.

That was part of my thinking/concern as well. Little to no fuel is in my generator regardless of location. Anchoring it down properly would be a priority as we both know it gets bouncy back there. I may try to rig up some type of temporary cam to watch it, if I go through with this.

    Weight towards back on trailer.

All good. I am pretty sure my weights all around are good. At least last time I weighed them. It is more about convenience I guess. It would be much easier to put in the back of our TT as we have a door back there. We don't have kids and don't take a ton of crap with us. Truck has always...

    Weight towards back on trailer.

I may be able to do over the axles. I was hoping to go behind them.

    Weight towards back on trailer.

The idea is to the back of the TT which is a few feet behind the wheels. This should decrease some of the tongue weight even though I am still good there.

    Weight towards back on trailer.

All good responses. I will test with going to a weigh station again. The generator is only about 80lbs. I truly don't believe it will take too much weight from the hitch. There is plenty there already but again, I will let the weigh station tell me about that. While I would love to attach...

    Weight towards back on trailer.

Instead of putting my generator on a rack/hitch, I was thinking about possibly putting it towards the back of the RV while traveling. I have then place where I can keep it from bouncing around. It would also move weight from my truck to the backside of the trailer wheels. I value any opinions...

    AGM Battery Maintainer

Trickle charger yes. Some my friends call them a drip charger. This would be for the winter where I take the batteries off my RV until spring.

    AGM Battery Maintainer

I have some more learning to do. While I think it is a benefit I have two AGM batteries, I did not realize their drip chargers are different. So I will have to catch up on more details on my batteries. In the meantime, does anyone have suggestions for AGM battery maintainers?

Generator - Soft Start as Well?

I will have to see if there is some sort of indicator on the generator as to if it is currently in Eco Mode or not. When in eco mode, it sounds like the AC hesitates or such but then catches up. When not, the generator runs higher as expected and then calms. My hope was to have the soft start...

Generator - Soft Start as Well?

I have a predator 3500 which easily handles my AC while running full as opposed to ecomode. I have seen many of these newer (plug-in) soft start options as well. I am curious if you can run in Eco mode if you have a soft start running?

    Potable Water before boondocking

I see I have options to find dump stations and such as we travel about. Finding potable water seems to be a bit more of a search. I don't like traveling with full tanks for weight and gas mileage reasons. I will have some. So, any tips or tricks on finding potable water locations near your...
