Living stationary in 2022 Reflection 367BHS. I have 2 dual pane window seal failures - small bottom openers. Thoughts on whether or not I need to have these repaired? Repercussions if I don't?

Hi all - living full time stationary in 2022 Reflection 367BHS. I'm not very familiar with the Lippert awning system but noticed this (see pic) a few weeks ago. Is this indicative of a failed gas strut? The other side is straight. I have tried to straighten this arm out but it won't hold...

There is no water intrusion.

I tried that and was not able to close the gap. My RV tech is back next week.

Living full time in 2022 Reflection 367BHS - Vancouver Island, BC, Canada I was outside today doing some clean up and inspections before rainy season hits and discovered cracks - this is on the slide for my mid room... I have a mobile RV tech who inspects/cleans my roof every couple of months...

It's been 100 F here the last couple of days.... Only supposed to hit 90 today lol

I'm so sorry you had this problem - very frustrating. I don't know if you read through my thread but the fix for mine was super simple. Did your mobile tech try disconnecting shore power and battery for a few minutes? That was the fix for mine and it hasn't happened since.
