What do you use to raise the rear of the coach before putting the stands under it?

I considered making something like this. Do you see any issue with putting just one of the dually tires on the ramps? I never was able to find heavy duty dual tire plastic ramps online.

For those who do their own oil changes, what are you using to lift the rear end for access?
