    Tow dolly

Been using US Cargo Basket Straps for 4 years; about 8K miles since new. Bought them on Amazon. Easy to install and remove. Drive 3-6 miles, stop, and tighten. I usually check them at all other stops. Little stretching even when wet.

    Galveston Beach State Park

We passed the SP about an hour ago. It is full of rv’s. Rv section seems to be on the west end. No idea about access to beach. Suggest you call Texas parks and wildlife for more information. In years past they had beware of Rattlesnakes. Currently there is a lot of seaweed on the beach. We are...

Adding Bluetooth to Magnadyne M9900-1 Audio System

Have you done a reset? The reset button is near the lower right. Use a ballpoint pen or toothpick. If your system is dead as you say, the Bluetooth may not work. I reset my radio, powered it off, and back on. It has been working ever since. Hope this helps.

What chassis - 2005 Winnebago Itasca Sunrise 33v Workhorse? Need right shock absorbers.

Update: Monroe Magnum shocks provided the ride we wanted. Much better ride on interstate 10 Louisiana to Mobile which should be the testing ground for any suspension system. Worked great with the Kelderman air ride system at 40-45 psi. Going to install magnums on the rear. Our MH has about...

Ok, you got me. We are making a 2000 mile round trip. Does that sound better?

What chassis - 2005 Winnebago Itasca Sunrise 33v Workhorse? Need right shock absorbers.

I had been exploring new shocks for my F53 chassis 2006 Itasca Sunova for some time. My MH had Bilstein shocks with 50K miles. They looked old and the ride across a transition bridge joint and other cracks in the pavement was often harsh, yet a smooth ride on a flat road, During my examination...

Best 2-Wheel Dolly for towing vehicles

Very pleased with master tow. Use a non stretch basket tire strap. Master tow latching is easy to tighten and release. Other brands may not be so easy. Do your homework. Make sure dolly has braking system. If your vehicle has Low ground clearance loading and unloading it can be an issue but...

Is about 500 miles doable in a day?

Doable, yes. Safety should be your first concern. Pulling a trailer of any kind over 60 MPH is risky. Calculate your travel at 55 MPH as road conditions, weather, and necessary stops will change your arrival time. We do about 250 miles per day in the MH unless there is a real reason to go...

    Shocks for F53 Chassis

I normally run between 55 and 60 slowing down on bad roads. It’s those holes, gaps, bad over passes, etc that sometimes shakes it up.

    Shocks for F53 Chassis

Overall there is no problem with handling or ride just a rough ride on a bad roads. For example, Some Louisiana Mississippi roads are not well maintained; thus a sizable hole or bad pavement joint feel and sounds like an explosion

    Shocks for F53 Chassis

Koni vs Bilstein vs Monroe for F 53 chassis. Which will provide a softer ride on bad roads? Koni is supposed to be a softer ride than Bilstein but described by some as harder. Monroe is described as a softer ride but with increased sway (although some have said less sway). Bilstein is said to...

    HOT DASH AIR

Came across the below from another forum. Makes sense! Whenever I press down on the accelerator, whether just picking up speed or going up a grade, the stream of cold air coming from the air-conditioner stops. This lack of A/C typically lasts 12 to 15 seconds. In the hot summertime, you can be...

    HOT DASH AIR

I looked at AutoZone online; after entering my engine the computer showed it did not fit. That stirred curiosity about what pump would; thus my post. Seems like any pump should work but pumps are not equal.
