Can someone help me fix the link to chat?

Usually I just cut and paste the link to chat. That hasn't worked for me for the last two weeks. I hope this makes sense?

What computer and operating system are you using?

If on a PC, I'd start with clearing the cache memory. I do this at least 1x a month. Search 'disk cleanup' on your PC.
