In the near future, a rapidly escalating multiparty civil war engulfs the United States, which has become a dystopian dictatorship under its President, who is serving his third term. Renowned and hardened photojournalist Lee Smith rescues Jessie, a young photographer who idolizes Lee, from a bombing in New York City.

It came out in theaters yesterday.

No, I have not seen the movie. I am too cheap to go to movies. I wait for the library.

The reviews I’ve read say it’s not so good, basically people shooting at each other for no apparent reason. I don’t know how you can make a movie about a civil war - don’t care where it’s based without being political. There’s got to be a reason people are pissed enough to start a civil war.

Reviews are funny when it comes to movies.

I like reviews of recipes. They are normally very helpful.

Movie reviews are odd.

@Ohiosnowbird Waving at you.

Wars are by definition NOT CIVIL but I do understand the title.. Yes there was a lot of people shooting at each other they thought they had a good reason... (There is no good reason) alas. I'm not interested in the movie.
