2017 was the first year Tiffin Motorhomes produced their flagship Class C Wayfarer. In my opinion, and many other 2017 model owners will attest, this is the BEST year they built this model as they took extra care on their newest RV model.
It has served me well, it is solidly built. It's a breeze to drive and so easy maneuver into tight campsites. It is set up for campground or off-grid boondocking.
The Wayfarer is built on a Mercedes-Benz 3500 Sprinter chassis with a diesel engine.
Two slides are featured, one on the side and one in the back. The side slide opens up the living/kitchen area, while the back slide opens up and features a cozy queen-size bed.
The loveseat-size sofa unfolds into a bed and there's an additional cab-over bed with ladder access, for even more sleeping area or additional storage.
Upgrades:
• 15k BTU HVAC rooftop unit (new in April 2023).
• Slide Toppers on both side and rear slides.
• Exterior ceiling fan vent hoods.
• Replaced exterior awning fabric (April 2023).
