I had 3/4-inch Styrofoam batts left over from something-or-other and cut them to size to jamb vertically inside the long overhead cabinets to make custom-sized pigeon holes for thus and so. Worked for front-to-back dividers for drawers, too.

Lattice strips (PVC or wood), paint stir sticks (used to be free, not so often free now) and yard sticks/rulers also make good drawer dividers. I have used paint stir sticks and PVC lattice strips as drawer dividers. Although I now store almost all of my utensils (eating, cutting, cooking & measuring spoons) in large waterproof storage boxes. Keeps my clean stuff clean. No dust, no bugs. Much better than rattling around in a drawer. Large Water Resistant Storage Container
