Forum rules reinstated

We recently announced the publication of new Terms Of Service (TOS) and a new Privacy Policy. At that time, we believed that the TOS would replace our prior forum rules. However, it soon became clear that we needed to reinstate the Forum Rules. to supplement and complement the TOS.
