New to RV Forum ... Interested in Others Who've Taken MD Class B Noncommercial Skills Test

[Class A Rakkasan]

My wife and I just moved up from a travel trailer to a Class A. Scheduled to take the MD Class B Noncommercial Skills Test later this month. Anyone out there have experience with that in MD?

So far, it appears to us that even the MVA personnel aren't very knowledgeable about the noncommercial licenses. Hoping that someone out there has some experience and will share.

Welcome to the Forum. Are you saying that MD requires a special license for a Class A? I'd bet we have members who can help.

From the Maryland website… they definitely require more than most states.

Sorry OP, no experience with non-commercial CDLs. Only advice I can offer isn’t likely practical: move to another state.
