I'm setting up my van for my Mom to use. I'd like a power cord that has the handle to help older hands manage the plug. However, I also want a surge protector/circuit analyzer.

My problem is there doesn't seem to be a surge protector/circuit analyzer that has the plastic cover that will fit a cord with a handle on the plug.

Can anyone recommend a brand or point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance guys.

For the surge protector go with a Progessive Industries HW 30/50 (Depnding on if it's a 30 or 50 amp rig) c Or the Southwire/TRC equvlent (Top end hard wired unit) Out of sight of theives out of moine and a nice display inside to tell you what the problem is.. Then you can use a camco POWER PULL plug or equal on the cord.

My power cable has a folding T-handle built in to the end. Easily fits in my Progressive EMS and is a snap to disconnect. If you search for RV power cable with handle, you'll find it.

ok, this is funny. Literally every single power cord has a handle now. Hard plastic handle that sticks out too far for the water proof enclosure of the circuit analyzer. Also, it's too late to wire in a hardwired unit. I think I'll just cut the handle off and go from there.

Thanks guys.

^ Parkworld makes an adapter for every conceivable configuration. I just bought a 2 15 amp 110 plugs to a 50amp adapter and my Honda 2000i ran both my 13.5btu ACs.
