One option is to call Fleetwood and ask about getting it direct, and going to the factory for the installation...or have it sent to you and arrange for your own installation.
Another option is to hire a local cabinet maker to replace your countertop.
What is the material the countertop is made of, and why does it need replacement?

You might want to contact a local contractor thet does countertops and ask for an estimate.
