My RV sidings started to look dull. Is it better to power wash it ? or buff it out with rubbin compund ? Or both ?

If power wash, how do I do it safely without stripping the decals ?

Mine is fiber glass siding

Removing that oxidation is going to take plenty of elbow grease. Pressure washing will remove dirt but will not touch oxidation. There are many YT videos on it, restoring oxidation. I know mine needs it but have not jumped into it yet.

You should have been polishing it all along, using an marine or car polish/wax to keep the oxidation at bay and help protect the finish. If it already dulled, you are going to need a coarser polish (aka rubbing compound) to remove it. There are numerous polishes designed for oxidation removal and the necessary strength of the compound will depend on how bad the oxidation is. Maguiars has several grades of marine/RV polish; so does Starbrite, Turtlewax, and others. If its bad, maybe use a powered buffer to save on elbow grease.
