I had the "Cowboy Pork Ribs", the first under Entrees. They gave me about four times what I could eat, so I let Anne and Mike have a piece and then I ate what I could and took the rest home.

They serve it with a butter knife, which was overkill. Notice the cheap plastic knife I am now using for my leftover lunch, it is about as tender as butter.

This is about 25% of what they served. It is unusual and tastes great.
Mike & Anne had the Market and the Sirloin Steak and shared them.

What is left of my Cowboy Pork Ribs for my lunch today:

Where next?
The Gilbert Ray Campground in Tucson. I recall you have been there before.

I normally stay at the Western Way RV Park a few miles south of it across from Tucson Estates. But I have ridden my motorcycle up to Gilbert Ray from there and I think I will enjoy being more out in that scenic part of the desert.
