Dometic thermostat quit. Model nolongr made replaced with a new other model. Does not seem to support furnace mode. Is there a separate board for the furnace? If so where is it located?

Do you have the Agua Hot system or a propane furnace ?

It will help if you post the furnace model and model number

When the thermostat is shared by the air conditioner and the furnace there is typically a control circuit board to do that in the air conditioner. But, to know for sure we need to know what Dometic thermostat you have. Post the model and/or a picture of it.

True, but Henry's question is pertinent too, since the Aqua Hot (or any hydronic system) needs to be turned on separately (electric, diesel or both) before the thermostat can control it. And a Diplomat could have either propane or hydronic.

Your Diplomat almost surely has at least two heat/cool zones and that usually means the control circuit goes through the zone controller associated with the a/c (or heat pump) unit. The zone controller likely has configuration switches that have to match what the thermostat & furnace expects at its control interface.
Please identify the model of the old & new thermostats and the a/c-heatpump and its zone controller.

You do have the manual for the new thermostat, right? That's a Dometic Comfort Control System (second version, I think), so it has to be programmed to the configuration.

If the furnace didn't change and the zone controller for each zone didn't change, it has to be something between the thermostat and each zone. Does each zone have a furnace, or only one? If just one, make sure you are looking at the right zone.
