What happened to the EDIT button when you make a post?

No edit button immediately after posting today.
But I just closed the browser and when reopened it was there so I edited this message.

OMG! I need my edit button. I'm a crap typist and spell schedule on this iPad has some very weird ideas about which word I botched.

Russ, I just checked your permissions and yours had reverted to just the basic new member group permissions (no edit button). I added the missing group back. I'm reliant on Tech Support on this platform, plus it's associated with a 3rd party software developer and a separate add-on module supplier.

You have the requisite permissions. Not sure why you don't see the button. I'm assuming you're only looking at your own posts within the last 24 hours (?)

Yessir… edit button showed up about 15 minutes later.

Dan, your permissions haven't changed. Just a reminder, you'll only see the Edit button on your own posts that are no more than 24 hours old.
